On the 8th of June I was lucky enough to attend the 2017 Allergy & Free From show in London. My first time attending the show, I was thrilled to see SO many of the top free from brands all in one place! We got to explore all our favourites and discover some exciting new brands and products which will be hitting the shelves soon. As always it was wonderful to see everyone come together (FAR more people than I expected, it was packed!) and to see first-hand the free from world constantly growing, which is always fantastic. Coeliac / gluten free like me, dairy free, nut free, soy free or vegan there was something for everyone. Oh and it awesome to wander around and be handed free pies, pizzas, brownies and cakes to taste… what’s not to love!?
Hopefully this quick video will give you an idea of what was going on and see which brands we came across…see if you recognise any!

I really wish I had known about this. I became dairy free and egg free since developing eczema! Thankfully it cleared when I cut dairy out of my life. I watched your video. Argh I so wish I had been there! It looks great. I just recently found a dairy-free ice cream I can eat from a brand called Booja Booja. I am so happy!
