My name is Katie Bucknell, and I am from Manchester, UK. I was diagnosed in 2010 with Coeliac’s disease, so I am always on the hunt for anything gluten free. I predominately share gluten free recipes but also travel tips and product finds here on my blog. I hope I can help your gluten free lives easier & more enjoyable.
I pride myself on my recipes being simple and genuinely achievable in your own homes. Cooking and baking gluten free should feel normal and be totally accessible to all, without the stereotypes of food being bland or dry!

I am a nurse and understand the importance of having gluten-free products. Are you having to be careful with beauty products? I am with Younique Products (a super fast growing, debt-free company that has natural ingredient based cosmetics) and we have many Gluten free items! I would love for you to take a look at the 3D Fiber Lash, Primer, BB Flawless, Mineral Blushers/Concealers and Eye Pigments, as well as our face wash and lip glosses!
